 Welcome to HTown Mingle™ — Houston's premier elite membership community for curated social experiences, professional networking, and optional concierge introductions. By accessing our website, registering for events, or participating in our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 Participation in HTown Mingle™ events, memberships, or services constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and Code of Connection™. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

• Participants must be at least 35 years of age
• Singles events and curated introductions are exclusive to individuals who are single, divorced, or widowed and not currently in a committed relationship
• By participating, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful
• False age representation or eligibility misrepresentation will result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of fees
• HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to request identity verification at any time

Membership Fees:

• Monthly memberships renew automatically on your billing date unless canceled
• You may cancel your membership anytime prior to your next billing cycle
• Initiation fees are non-refundable
• Month-to-month memberships may be paused for up to 90 days with notice

Event Tickets:

• Event ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated at time of purchase
• In the event of cancellation by HTown Mingle™, credit or rescheduling will be offered at our discretion
• No refunds for no-shows or voluntary cancellations after the stated deadline

Concierge Services:

• Concierge packages require an application and consultation prior to acceptance
• Services are non-refundable once initiated
• HTown Mingle™ makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or introductions

 All members and guests are expected to uphold the HTown Mingle™ Code of Connection™ — demonstrating respect, discretion, integrity, and professional conduct at all times.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior
• Unwanted romantic or sexual advances
• Recording, photographing, or broadcasting without consent
• Sharing member information or photos without permission
• Escort services, companionship services, or sexual services
• Substance abuse or intoxication at events
• Fraud, catfishing, or misrepresentation
• Illegal activity

 HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for conduct that violates our values or disrupts the experience for others. Violations may result in suspension or permanent membership termination without refund.

Attendees and participants assume all risks associated with attending events or engaging in introductions.

HTown Mingle™ and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accident at events or venues
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Outcomes, compatibility, or success of introductions or matches
• Actions, conduct, or behavior of other members or third parties
• Venue conditions, safety, or accessibility
• Travel, transportation, or related expenses

HTown Mingle™ is responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe, respectful community environment
• Enforcing our Code of Connection™ and Community Standards
• Protecting member privacy and confidentiality
• Secure processing of payment information

• Basic background screening may be conducted for all membership applicants
• Enhanced background checks are required for concierge service clients
• All screening is conducted in accordance with applicable law
• All member information is handled with the highest discretion and confidentiality
• Member information is never shared with other members without explicit consent
• What happens at HTown Mingle™ stays at HTown Mingle™

Photography & Video:

• By attending HTown Mingle™ events, you may be photographed or recorded
• Photography and video use is consent-based
• You may opt out of photography by notifying a staff member in writing before the event
• HTown Mingle™ will respect all opt-out requests

Promotional Use:

• Photos and videos may be used for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes
• HTown Mingle™ will not identify members by name in promotional content without explicit written permission
• You may request removal of your image from promotional materials at any time

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Payment information is encrypted and complies with PCI security standards
• HTown Mingle™ does not store full credit card information on our servers
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action

All content on HTown Mingle™ — including logos, trademarks, text, images, and designs — is the property of HTown Mingle™ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTown Mingle™ and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HTown Mingle™ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your conduct at HTown Mingle™ events.

 HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
